When someone is rescued from drowning or a burning house they tend to say "they owe their life to their rescuer." This is how I feel about Adrian Padula. He has saved my life.
At Christmas I weighed in at 125kgs. My sleep apnoea was at critical levels, and I had only been to the gym about 3 times in 6 months.
On New Years Eve I bought Adrian's book - “Lose Your Fat Not Your Mind.” After reading his book, I had a light bulb moment. My life was at risk and only I was in control of changing it. I messaged Adrian and asked for his help.
He created a detailed meal plan especially for me and I must say, it has transformed my life. The backseat of my car used to be full of Macca’s wrappers and candy wrappers, and I was eating large bags of chips every night.
After about a week of being on his program, I felt motivated to go back to the gym, get a personal trainer and get my health back on track. I started cooking his easy to follow recipes and sent Adrian a food diary every night without fail. There were times when I just wanted to give in, but within a few weeks it all became like second nature.
Adrian really cares. He would email me new recipes, tailor meal plans to my lifestyle, and give me advice on how to eat cleaner.
I lost 7.2kg in my first month, my CPAP machine was showing that my sleep apnoea was at an all time low, and friends and family started to notice a transformation in my eating habits.
With Adrian's on going help, advice and nutrition plans, I have now lost 25kgs in just less than four months. I have a long road ahead of me, and need to lose another 25. I have no doubt that the discipline that Adrian has instilled in me, has created habits that I will keep for life, and for this, I owe my life to him.

I had always been kind of slim, but after having 3 kids I was left with extra weight that I just couldn’t seem to shift. I guess as a mother you tend to always put your kids first and unfortunately your needs tend to get neglected.
I had tried many different types of diets to help me lose weight but found that none of them really worked for me. Most of them weren’t very flexible and didn’t seem to be very sustainable. That was until I stumbled upon Adrian’s diet. Actually I never really saw it as a diet as I was eating all the foods that I loved, and never really felt deprived. I think the best thing about it was that because his plan was so detailed and structured, it was quite easy to stick with. I also learned important habits including how to properly read food labels and make better choices when shopping. I can’t believe how much crap I used to buy thinking that it was healthy!
I’ve managed to lose about 12kgs so far, and feel confident that with my new eating habits I will be able to easily maintain that weight loss. I highly recommend Adrian’s meal plans, as I feel that they're something that will help a lot of people improve their relationship with food.
